As Senior Vice President, Healthcare Asset Management, Nick Jacoby oversees Ventas’s Healthcare Asset Management team.

A seasoned financial leader, Jacoby returned to Ventas in 2024 after gaining broad industry experience in senior management positions at several corporations. He served as Chief Development Officer of Signature HealthCARE, a provider of skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care and telemedicine services, and as Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Charah Solutions, a leading provider of environmental and recycling services to the power generation industry, where he helped lead Charah’s IPO in 2018.

Jacoby held several financial and asset management positions with Ventas from 2005 to 2017, advancing from Financial Analyst to Senior Vice President, Asset Management, where he oversaw a $15 billion portfolio of more than 500 healthcare investments, including hospitals, senior housing, post-acute care and medical offices located throughout the U.S. and in the U.K.

Jacoby earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) and an M.B.A., both from the University of Louisville.
