As a responsible corporate citizen and industry leader, Ventas is actively engaged in improving the lives of people in the communities where we operate and where our employees live. Through the Ventas Foundation, we contribute up to $1 Million each year in grants and donations to support nonprofits and causes that are important to our key stakeholders.
Ventas marquee partnerships are long-term strategic relationships focusing on organizations that meet a significant community need, with an emphasis on health and well-being. These partnerships are typically centered in locations where we have a corporate presence.
In 2019, Ventas extended its relationship with GCFD as a strategic partner to the Depository’s Older Adult Program. Our commitment, which began in 2015, supports food delivery to 6,500 seniors each month, ensuring they will not go hungry or be forced to make the agonizing choice between medicine and nutrition.

For more than 50 years, ElderServe has been a champion for improving the lives of aging adults in Louisville, KY. Our long-term relationship with Elderserve supports a wide range of services that empower older adults to live independently with dignity.
Ventas is proud to support the Alzheimer’s Association through its annual national fundraising Brain Ball and as a President’s Circle sponsor of Brookdale Senior Living’s Golf to End Alzheimer’s event.

Ventas is a "Founding Partner" of The Global Institute on Innovation Districts, a practitioner-led and empirically grounded not-for-profit organization designed to strategically advance innovation districts worldwide through the creation of a global network and focused research initiatives. There is close alignment between the objectives of GIID and the Company’s investment focus on our Research & Innovation portfolio.
